Terms and Conditions

Veronafiere S.p.A. (hereinafter also referred to as ‘Veronafiere’), organiser of the MOTORBIKE EXPO event (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Event’) to be held at the Veronafiere Exhibition Centre (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Exhibition Centre’) from 23 to 25 January 2026, has adopted the Terms and Conditions of Purchase envisaged herein in order to regulate the purchase of the relative admission tickets. 

1. PURCHASE 

1.1 Portal 
Through the website www.motorbikeexpo.it it is possible to purchase tickets for the Event. In order to be able to make the purchase via the aforementioned website, it is necessary to register your data as a purchaser and as a ticket holder. Tickets may also be purchased in paper form at the Exhibition Grounds. 

1.2. Security 
Veronafiere reserves the right to cancel a purchase order if for any reason the purchase, sales and banking security parameters are not met. This will be notified by e-mail and the sum paid for the purchase will be refunded in full. 

1.3. Purchase confirmation 
The purchase procedure ends with the display confirming the purchase and with the receipt of a confirmation e-mail at the address indicated during registration. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please check your junk mail (spam) folder. 


2. TICKETS 

2.1. Duplication/Falsification 
Veronafiere is not liable for any attempts to duplicate/falsify tickets. Scanners at the entrance read unique ticket codes; it is not possible to re-enter using the same code. 

2.2. Loss/Dismay/Theft/Transfer to third parties 
In the event of loss, theft, deterioration and destruction of tickets, Veronafiere will not replace or re-issue them. Admission tickets may not be transferred or given to third parties for commercial, advertising or promotional purposes. 

2.3. Print 
Tickets are electronic (.pdf) and must be downloaded from your account and printed out. It is recommended not to resize the ticket when printing so as not to make the barcode illegible. In case of reading problems, it is the holder's responsibility to re-print the ticket. Alternatively, tickets can be stored on one's smartphone (.pdf version) and shown at the entrance using the QRcode.

2.4. Withdrawal 
There is no right of withdrawal from the purchase of tickets made online, as this is a supply of leisure services for which the supplier undertakes to provide such services on a given date or within a set period (Art. 59 Legislative Decree 206/2005).

2.5. Refund 
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule the Exhibition. In this case, the reimbursement of the entry ticket to the Purchaser will take place exclusively in the event of cancellation and/or rescheduling by the Organiser: the methods of reimbursement may be full reimbursement, or issuance of transferable or non-transferable vouchers valid for the next edition of the Event, as defined in the ticketing section of the individual Event's website. The Ticket Holder also acknowledges that certain facts such as adverse weather conditions, reasons of security and public order, force majeure or other organisational factors not attributable to the Organiser may result in changes to the dates and times of the event/event. Any liability of the Organiser in the event of such situations is excluded. The Organiser shall in no way be liable for any additional costs, charges, expenses, damages incurred by the ticket holder.
Tickets are not refundable and/or changeable, not even in the event of even partial cancellation of the Event. 

2.6. Access 
The Ticket entitles the holder to attend the Event on the day and at the times specified on the Ticket. The Ticket Holder is obliged to keep the Ticket in good condition throughout the duration of the Event. 

2.7. Sale of Tickets 
The sale of tickets by the buyer is strictly prohibited; Tickets may not be resold and may not be cancelled, exchanged. A Ticket for which the purchase, payment or access itself has been disputed shall be deemed invalid. The Ticket Holder must in this case purchase another Ticket at the prices and conditions applied on the days of the Event in order to gain access.


3. ACCESS, OBLIGATIONS OF CONDUCT AND PROHIBITIONS 

3.1. Access Requirements 
All Visitors, at the time of registration or in any case following any requests made in the Exhibition Centre by personnel appointed by Veronafiere, must provide truthful information on their identity and activity. In the event of false declarations, the person concerned will be prosecuted in accordance with the law. Veronafiere in any case reserves the right, at its own unquestionable discretion, to refuse entry to visitors it considers inappropriate also in relation to assessments by the Public Safety Authoritỳ. 


3.2. Behavioural obligations 
Visitors shall comply with the Visitor Regulations of Veronafiere S.p.A. In order to access the Event and remain inside the Exhibition Centre, Visitors shall behave in compliance with the regulations concerning public order and safety and not represent a threat to the safety of the Event in general or the visiting public. 


4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA 

Visitors‘ personal data, including any data provided at the time of access to the Event, and their images, will be processed by Veronafiere as Data Controller in accordance with the information provided by them pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation n. 2016/679 (’GDPR"), accessible on the Motorbike Expo website (www.motorbikeexpo.it) in the Privacy Policy section, found in the footer of the web page.


5. GENERAL PROVISIONS 

The Visitors' Regulations and the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, brought to the Visitor's attention by means of the display at the entrance and on the website (www.veronafiere.it), represent the only existing contract between the Parties. By obtaining the admission ticket and showing it at the entrance to the reception staff, Visitors confirm and accept the Visitor Regulations and the Terms and Conditions of Purchase. The Terms and Conditions of Purchase, drafted in Italian as the official language, are governed exclusively by Italian law. Any dispute concerning the Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall be devolved exclusively to the Court of Verona, without prejudice to the application of the mandatory provisions of law. Veronafiere reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of Purchase at any time. An up-to-date copy of the Terms and Conditions of Purchase will be published on the event website www.motorbikeexpo.it and in the Exhibition Centre and will be effective immediately upon publication.
